used to be a good sorority at DU, but now has been outdone by the newest sorority. mean girls.

i love that they blast music from their house, especially christmas music when it snows :)

Good group of girls to be around. They are all really nice and inviting and don't give off that typical sorority girl clich?.

These guys are the hardest partiers on this campus. As a matter of fact, they're pretty much the TFM characterization of a fraternity. People are generally polarized about SAE - they either love it or hate it. Either way, it's impossible to deny that they have a significant impact on DU's Greek scene, what with their annual Paddy Murphy party and their participation in many inter-Greek events. Their brotherhood is strong, but be warned: their appetite for raging is stronger.

Sigma Chi has a good reputation at DU. They're a relatively medium-sized fraternity with mostly good guys. Their pledge process is known to be mentally intense, and is respected. People have divided opinions about Sigma Chi - some find them to be upstanding gentlemen, while others think they come off as pompous, rude, and arrogant. Their members are all very similar to one another, which is good and bad. They don't have many people who are involved in other on-campus organizations, and they thus restrict themselves to socializing in the Greek bubble. Still, overall they're one of the more well-respected fraternities on campus.

Lambda gets a lot of criticism from the Greek community for being a "social club," and while they're certainly trigger-happy with their bids, there are some good Lambdas. However, as a whole they're pretty average. Nothing really differentiates them aside from their huge chapter size and their massive Mustache Bash bar party, so be aware that Lambda isn't the most serious fraternity on DU's campus.
