I was wondering which fraternity have a high number of social events but are also chill (like not meatheads)?

just to give you a sorority girl perspective honestly you can't go wrong with any in terms of that. i'd say rush the top tier ones e.g (no particular order) SAE, sigep, pike, sigma chi.

Top tier is a real thing, like it or not. The 4 listed pretty much dominate ifc.
