Honestly one of the best fraternities on CSUN. They are clearly the most concerned with their guests, their image, and who they bring in. Their parties are also fun, but very safe. Some great guys they got there and every other fraternity at CSUN should look up to them.

Not sure what happened but Lambda Chi Alpha made a strong comeback.. They were never bottom tier, but Jesus they got some fine new members and some really good Philo's and social parties. They have always been one of the better houses on campus, but I gotta say as of recent they have been turning heads and seemingly for the better. Looking forward to

Aphi could be better but they just seem so fake. This houses perception of themselves has been clouded by ASU aphi, they think that they are just as good and relevant just because it’s the same house. This is northridge not arizona ladies when they say aphi is the hottest sorority they are not talking about CSUN aphi. They are sweet but there is just a sense of fakeness I couldn’t shake off during my pref round, or freaked me out a bit.

Kappa girls are nice, sweet, and really involved on campus. I have some in my classes and they seem to genuinely enjoy being apart of it, plus they don’t get messy when they are out.

This fraternity totally disrespects the community. I live across the street and they have very loud parties running into the AM hours. Police show up all the time. Going to reach out to the landlord to not renew the lease.

this frat is lowkey a vibe and such a safe house unlike the other houses that people risk their lives at for reasons I prefer not to say.
