before recruitment this was in my top 3, as they were known to be one of the best on campus with a phi and dz, but on the first day they really just didn’t meet expectations. definitely love a phi and dz much more. these girls seem fake as they raves about how much they liked me only to drop me. wasn’t that upset about it as they were no longer my top choice, but still shows their character. everyone wants to be a g phi during recruitment but realize it was all a fusaad after they pledge. they dropped nearly 200 people after the first day which is almost half. super cliquey and fake, don’t go g phi

as a sorority girl this is my favorite house to associate with. They are so sweet and i feel very safe at their parties. Really small group, but they really get to know one another and thats pretty cool

Alright well those 3 posts below are definitely self ranks. Theta Phi isn’t bad but they’re just not fantastic either. On the same level as Pi Phi and a little bit behind DZ. Kind of a random assortment of girls honestly, but they seem to get along alright

Look, these guys like to party and have a good time no lie, but that seems to be it. Mix of super smart nice kids, but then a lot of absolute douchebags. Their brotherhood basically starts and ends with "we drink together". Also ask yourself do you want to be in a frat that bids kids based off their appearances? They are known to brush great guys aside just because they are not up to their looks standard which is awful. PIKE could overtake these guys if they aren't careful.
