Chances of getting in without a legacy

What are the chances of getting into houses like Chi-o, Pi Phi, Kappa, etc without a legacy, even if one has excellent rec letters, gpa, and resume?

tbh, almost non-existent. They know their bid list almost to a T in those houses before recruitment even starts. Best Wishes!
