house rank and explanations

Kappa- ranking them over ChiO bc they do cut legacies. Focus heavily on looks, money, grades, involvement and connections. In class they may look like anyone else but going out you can definitely tell a kappa.
ChiO- focus on legacies and connections way too much. This is on nationals more than the chapter. Go after the same type pnm as kappa.
PiPhi - most chill of top three. notice you never hear anything bad about them. all around top quality girls who didn’t have kappa/ChiO connections. beautiful, fun, smart girls in this house.

Zeta- not quite top tier but this house is filled with cute and fun girls who like each other and are liked by other houses. Can’t go wrong in zeta.
TriDelt- have got a lot of hate on here but I’m putting them upper middle with zeta. Filled with pretty and fun girls too. Have a long tradition at UARK and their house is finished so predict TriDelt will rise again with next pc.

KD- everyone keeps putting them with TriDelt but don’t think they are there yet. A new house will help but TriDelt has lots more tradition and respect than KD. Still a great house. Just bringing down the hype a little.
ADPi- sweet girls. Their lack of a new house is really gonna hurt them next year. Never hear anything bad about them. Well respected house. I think pnms who get cut by KD will land here.
AXO - new house and strategic recruiting helped their rise in the ranks. Another house filled with fun and sweet girls. See them above ADPi next year.
PhiMu- made some big mistakes with house drama and bad girl behavior but there are also some really sweet girls who don’t deserve the hate. having a new house moves them to solid middle tier for me. Pnms cut by TriDelt will go here.

AOPi- ranking them as bottom because they are not visible on campus at all. Having a cff does not count. Party way too much and these girls act like they don’t care if they are in a sorority.
DG - they are bottom because they are the newest. New house will help them but for now it’s pretty much if you are willing to give dg a chance then they will take a chance on you. These girls are super involved and all the ones I’ve met love their house. Can rise to middle tier with next pc if they become more selective.
