top houses like sigma chi almost exclusively hang out with top houses like kappa and ChiO. Lower tier fraternities almost excusively hang out with bottom sororites like phimu dg and aChio. If it’s a required Panhellenic pairing houses may give extra points to the members to attend so it won’t be so obvious an upper tier house doesn’t want to go.

Girls from every house go to each of these fraternities. This is just what I notice the most of. It’s all about who you know as Freshman.

So not true. I know several girls that aren’t in a house at all and hang with sigma chi, SAE, kappa sig, etc. With that said, these girls are pretty and guys like them and want them at their parties. They could careless that they are not in a house.
