How big is the dg house supposed to be? I drove by their lot today and the lot is really big

I am so excited for DG. The house will be a great addition to greekrow. I just hope that they don't get bashed like the other 2 chapters have who have houses now. At least KD and DG will be in new houses. Hope that helps.
