- huge brotherhood harder to get close with everyone

-grueling pledge process

-been climbing steady for the past 3 years I’ve been here. Girls love Asig
-also massive brotherhood you won’t know everyone as well
Signu
-consistently been in the top and have great housing and relations
-unsure about pledge process but stories been circulating around snu pledging for a long time
Pike
-stay consistently top due to the name and their presence. We’re top 1 my freshman year
-horrible housing and not much besides doghouse
SAE
-newest ifc fraternity who maintained a name off campus for 10+ years and have stayed consistently good
-Lack housing besides there new compound on main
Phi Psi
-have great sorority relations and expansion to their housing
-Huge brotherhood and not hard to get a bid
Tchi
-Huge offseason housing pickups. Nice spots on smain and Devon
-Can’t seem to break out of the lower top tier despite their good relations and housing

Don’t know much about fraternities below these guys but this is a great start. Lambda and Kapsig have also been making steady pushes for the top but time will tell.
