Real rush advice
by: Trust me“Frat ranks” arent that accurate. Its hard to rank details like the kinds of guys in them, what their housing is like and if theyre even good people. Remember these are your guys for the next 4 years. Its best to rush a mix and follow your gut if you feel out of place anywhere. Theres probably a spot for you somewhere, but its not necessarily gonna be at the first place you go or even one of the first 5. Go to a bunch of frats frog week and have real conversations with brothers and find where you feel the most welcome and the most in common. If youre not happy there during frog week or rush week, youre def not gonna be happy for the next 4 years. Ask about things like housing, grades, typical brotherhood events and things like that to get a real sense of who youre talking to. Remember that rush week is the nicest these guys are gonna be to you for your whole first semester, so if they dgaf about you now, then they def wont later.
