Please explain

I feel like we skipped a step. How do we go from 6 to 2 houses that quickly? I also don’t know how so many girls are dropped that seem like super cool, pretty girls.People rank on here all the time and it seems like super hard to even get in the top 8.Super frustrated by this process.Seems like rush is harder at JMU than Tech and other places. I don’t know why

Not everyone goes from 6 to 2. Most girls I talked with only went back to 2 or 3 last night and 5 or 6 last Sunday. The only positive is it makes the decisions a bit easier. Too many sororities are going for the same 100 girls and those girls get their choice. The other 800 end up where they get called back haha

You’re right. Rush at JMU is terrible. It’s positive and fun for a handful of girls. Sucks for the rest. Very unusual for a girl to get called back to 6 yesterday. Seems like most had 2 maybe 3. Not sure why there is such a vibe here that promotes ranking and degrading other groups but you will find that it’s not so bad after rush. Orgs trying to fight to be top tier focus on bringing others down to keep them on top and get the “prettiest” girls in their pledge class. You will find “cool and pretty” girls mixed into every sorority b/c not everyone can be in the top and girls still want a sorority for sisterhood and friends. Good luck with your choice tonight.

this is honestly so true that the top 8 houses are hard to get into. Even if girls get full schedules every round, there chances of it being all the top houses are very slim
