i would disagree, tri delt has gone down tremendously over the last two years. i'd say there's more of a top 4 with SK, SSS, ZTA and ASA. tri delt is at about the same level as aphi.

I'd say DG is definitely getting better. Every pledge class gets better. It's only a matter of time before they go up a tier.
