They're considered top tier, but only because the northern frats like them. Not a good sisterhood, not very attractive unless you like snooki-clones. They have fun, but only join if you want a not-so-great reputation.

Got a bunch of friends in this fraternity. Throw good parties at their house on south main and I know they have a place in Forest for next year. They don't ever run out of alcohol early. Definitely not a traditional fraternity, they have a real pledge process but they don't try to be southern or too "fratty." I know they've upped community involvement a lot this year.
