Sorority and Fraternity Rankings

Sorority:
Tier 1:
DG and APhi - Definitely both have their issues but overall seen as the top sororities.
Tier 2:
PiPhi - PiPhi is impossible to rank. Have some amazing girls and some not so great ones. The most polarizing of the sororities which creates a variety of opinions.
Tier 3:
Kappa and Theta - Both great houses with great groups of girls. Not quite as “popular” as some of the other sororities but still close with all the fraternities.
Tier 4:
Adpi and AXO - Really nice girls with great sisterhood. Struggle with relations outside of their houses.
Tier 5:
GPhi - Honestly don’t know too much.

Frats:
Tier 1:
SigPi and ATO - The only 2 houses that have a good group of kids at every age and consistently throw good parties. Definitely have their issues but objectively are the best 2 at the moment.
Tier 2:
Zete and SigEp - Imo zete has the best group of guys but a lot of their guys don’t put much effort into meeting people outside of zete. Sigep used to be the best but has had a lot of stuggles since their suspension last year. Still have good guys and decent parties though.
Tier 3:
Zbt - I’ve heard their new pc is good but they’ve been struggling ever since last fall. Would love to see them make a comeback.
Tier 4:
SigChi - I feel like i always hear people say sigchi is getting better but ever time I go there it’s either empty or full of CC girls. Not really my vibe.
Tier 5:
Ksig and DTD - Never have been.
