Go through waves of being top then mid. Depends on the PC but would say overall pretty top. Super involved group that are nice and can talk to anybody

Good house. Not sure about newest PC but they are very involved and like to have fun. Very cool girls who are actually nice. Not like the stereotypical mean APHI girls
