mid in every way possible. if you’re looking for a mediocre greek life experience then theta is for you. the girls are so mean it’s actually crazy. if you’re gonna be mean at least be a top sorority (not condoning bullying, just saying)

Far and outdated house. You would be better off in any other sorority. At least Pi Phi has a nice house. It’s Thetas favorite house to hate on!
