People are gonna be butt hurt but think about this. Everyone knows the best sorority date party is PTK. Some like the argue that pi phi isn’t a top house but truth is Pi phi, Theta, and Kappa and the best 3 sororities overall.
Top Sororities as of 2020:
Pi Phi, Theta, Kappa (in any order)
If you’ve been to PTK you’d know that MAINLY all the dates are either Snus, Betas, Sigma Chis, and Fiji’s. Also some Sig eps and Agrs, but not as many. So following that logic
Top Frats as of 2020:
Snu, Beta, Sig Chi, and Fiji (in any order)

Who else would you put in the top? I’d argue that chi o should be in the top but they don’t run with theta kappa or pi phi

& What are we basing this on? One date party? Theta has been irrelevant since they got on sopro. If you wanna base things on involvement, academics, and sisterhood everyone would agree Chi O KD are always high up in those regards, but no one is going to ever rank them high. Rankings are solely subjective so there’s no point in arguing with stupid posts like this one.
