Wtf is happening w/ new mcs?

It seems like every mc from Aephi up (excluding SK) has a mix of mid and top girls so what happened? I keep hearing something happened since a ton of girls dropped yesterday and now it all makes sense

SK got all the top girls and AXiD did ok

Lots of pnms didn't sign when they got released from the top 3 and had Chi O for pref so girls who would have gone lower got bumped up a tier
