on campus or off campus?

I’m pretty confused on whether I want to rush An on or off campus frat. From my understanding (from people in person or on this site) the only top tier on campus frat is Sig Ep. Are the benefits of an on campus frat worth losing to join a top tier frat? I just need opinions.

The only top tier frats that are on campus are Sig Ep, SAE, Pi Kapp
Then middle tier is Theta Chi and Phi Psi
