now that deeg is gone is the quota gonna be smaller for chapters or larger? are more people gonna get dropped or more accepted?

Quota is determined by the number of girls who go through recruitment/attend pref rounds, and takes into account the number of sororities. So it will likely be larger.

So I have a friend who goes to another school that had a chapter abruptly get gone right before recruitment. Their pledge classes were exponentially bigger. I hope DG recolonizes bc we cant handle these big pledge classes 😩

Quota has been about ~75 in recent years. 75/13 chapters will not be a huge increase. Unfortunately DG never gave out that many bids anyway.

You also need to take into account that it’s determined by how many women go to pref rounds and sign the MRABA. it really won’t be that drastic of a change.

If the trend of not as many people going through recruitment continues (number has been down the past 2 years) it should be fine! Also chapters who aren’t at quota might get a few more girls to even it out.

DG probably thinks it would've been nice to get a few more girls in recruitment to "even it out"...it's just sad to see them go
