chi o is super white washed. they aren't top tier or anything but they're super strict. maybe that's why they never move up in the rankings...

Any of the good ones tend to not have many, maybe not necessarily just because of race but just way less minorities rush. Sae, aepi, phi Delt, sig chi are the most white probably
