Spot on with the exception of Phi Delt. Should be after Sig Chi and potentially ahead of sig nu in tier 2. They are cool guys, but the social suspension will not help. Sig Chi has the edge either way though.

How can people have accurate enough opinions on all of the fraternities to even compare them. I feel like someone randomly decided all of the relative positions, and then people just try to boost their own fraternity until it's said enough to be "accepted".
