I rushed Phi Psi but dropped them early in the process, mostly because many of the brothers care nothing about recruitment. They get drunk and ignore the rushes, the parties are kind of lukewarm, and they're just not that involved.

Delts are starting to make a pretty large impact on campus. A classy group of guys who are involved all over campus, making this a very accessible and active frat. Their last party was crazy awesome as well! Delts have a lot of history here (been here since 1886), and it's good to see them making such an impact in their first full year.

Honestly may be worse than aoii because they don't even like or mesh with each other. The only reason they went to homecoming with sig chi was because one or two girls in the house talk to sig chis AND they were turned down by tri delt. They can self rank all they want but it doesn't change anything. The hot cheerleaders are almost all graduated, then what?

Rumor is that they lost their pledge class this semester. Their pledge class sucked anyway except for that one kid that transferred. Was getting better, but I don't even know anymore. The only thing great about them is the house they live in.

Phi Delt is one of the best fraternities at Vanderbilt. Their brotherhood is by far the strongest, their build party was the best party of the semester so far, wednesday nights are always fun. As southern gentlemen, their good looks make them all the more desirable and they have a positive presence among vandy girls. Great looking pledge class for the spring
