I believe a little more than 10% of the student population is involved in Greek life, which is pretty good for the size of the school. All the sororities have super nice housing, while with the fraternities its a hit or miss. KSig, PIKE, and TKE don't even have a chapter house. The sororities are all pretty involved on campus, while the fraternities hold almost no presence in non-Greek life. OU's redeeming quality has been and always will be the social scene, whether it be from opening weekend and Halloween in the fall to any fest and green beer day in the spring. Ontop of the parties themselves, Court Street has over 20 bars in a one-mile stretch of road. The selection for the sororities can be difficult, and not everyone gets into their top house, but it seems with the fraternities, as long as you're not weird with girls than you can get a bid.
