Comment:  dude this house is pure bouse energy. every single party is 8 brothers and maybe 4 girls standing around the basement because nobody knows they exist, the ac has been dead since rush, one bathroom smells like old puke, and they don't even pull a bar so the whole house sits empty every weekend. if you want actual social presence do yourself a favor and stay away.
