Comment:  The self-ranking on here is crazy. There are a lot of genuinely sweet girls, but the chapter as a whole is definitely not for everyone. There is a lot of judgment toward girls who are authentically themselves and do not look, act, or think the way certain groups expect them to. The sisterhood can feel performative, and there seems to be a lot of favoritism and politics behind the scenes. It also seems like if you are not liked by the right people, you can quickly become a target and be made to feel unwelcome until you no longer want to be there. The environment can feel very cliquey, and if you do not fit a specific mold or social group, it may be difficult to find your place. The image and reputation presented online do not always reflect the actual environment, and the high rankings on here are honestly surprising. Just something to keep in mind for anyone considering where they would genuinely feel at home.
