Comment:  if a girl is friendly, smart, and easy to get along with, i usually assume she's a theta. definitely some of the most down to earth girls on campus. SUPER involved and accomplished. low drama house, you never hear about drama between their girls. generally considered the "smart" house on row. very wide range of girls in the house. def not huge partiers, but can turn up at a function. i feel like usually they would rather hang out with each other than go to a frat's unregistered, but always show out at a registered/ bigger function. one of the less cult-y sororities lol. would not call them a clique either. rarely hear of girls dropping theta. def a top house at TU
