Comment:  Adpi at Tulane is a hard sell. They don’t have a house and are the only srat on campus to currently be in that position. They are the smallest chapter and have the hardest time recruiting. Their PCs are the smallest and even then a ton of people drop before bid day. The social events are few and far between and not impressive because they have less of a budget with fewer girls. They aren’t even that nice. A lot of them are just as mean as any other srat but possibly worse bc some of them have a chip on their shoulder. That being said there are some standout girls who are pretty and genuine and I think there is some turnover in recent years. They also have some particularly wealthy members who show out monetarily for philanthropy events like Greek groove. Unfortunately they have consistently been the bottom srat for years and that is not seeming to change.
