Comment:  The grinding on here is absurd. Sig pi used to be a relevant frat then got black mold in their basement and haven’t recovered since. Their last two classes have an average height of 5’6 and are desperately trying to social climb to the level of relevance they used to be. In the end they have precedent that helps them, but joining a frat with downwards momentum is a risk. They aren’t Bouse tho and some girls rly like them. Prob mix similarly to zbt and sae
