Comment:  Outside of the top 15 Delt probably has the nicest house, even if it's 15 minutes off campus, and they have the best pull. I see AOlls and DDDs post at DTD all the time. Definitely more selective than most other fraternities here but that's better over all for lower tier frats, unlike SP PKT and especially OX, DTD doesn't have the weird creeps. Those 3 bid whoever shows up willing to rush them and it shows.
