Comment:  Sister sorority to Psi U and I feel like they hang out the most with Aphi and Tri delta. Theta is a solid option for rush, they were on probation not too long ago for drinking/partying but I think they are off it now. Theta girls love to have a good time, I remember walking in to open house with them and they were so extroverted and friendly!! Def party girls, I love going out with a theta and their date nights/formals are hype. I will say they have a weird mix of conservative and liberals within their chapter so sometimes that can be problematic between the girls internally but it’s usually just a select few. They are top 4 always, subjective opinion on where they are though. Psi u is lowkey becoming the best frat and since theta is so connected with them that helps. Personally I say Dg and kappa and then aphi and theta r switchable.
