Comment:  Theta Chi at rider university is the best choice by far. not only in terms of being a frat but also being a genuine brotherhood. at a smaller school like rider having fun and having people to count on are both important, and the only frat that does this BY FAR is theta chi. And they are just the best frat in all aspects
