Comment:  Phi Delt has made a huge comeback in the last year. These are the guys who have the big parties and lots of money. Some of their older members are a little nerdy but the newer guys are what you'd expect from a frat. Dues are cheap and I heard they are working on getting a house in the 2026/2027 school year.
