Comment:  Kappa Sigma is an ok frat, but it has gone downhill over the years. Which is very reasonable but there are a few guys in here who shouldn't be in here since with those guys in the chapter they're ruining Kappa Sig's imagine. Kappa Sig chooses quantity over quality. They also claim to be "Touse" which is hilarious to even hear. Good parties but the guys are questionable, they should stop claiming they're "Touse" when they're not.
