Comment:  Kappa Delta has really fallen off this year. Their sisterhood doesn’t seem strong and you don’t see much support or unity within the chapter. They’re also not very involved anymore and rarely show up to philanthropies or Greek events. For a chapter that isn’t contributing much or participating, it doesn’t make sense for them to still be ranked as high as they are. It feels like they’re relying more on past reputation than what they’re actually doing now.
