Comment:  Pi Phi has carved out a reputation as the house many girls land after realizing KKG isn’t happening for them. Often referred to as the Kappa rejects house, Pi Phi tends to attract girls who wanted the prestige without quite meeting the cut. that's fine not everyone can be Kappa but they definitely scoop up all the kappa blacklists. It’s not the worst place to be , just not where the top girls end up.
