Comment:  This frat does NOTHING for the community. Ever since moving in at Akers it's been nothing but issues. They are the most inconsiderate group of people with zero respect for their neighborhood. They are always leaving trash, damaging property, having loud events, parking in other people's yards, and holding parties that block the entire street. The craziest thing is they are so entitled they are oblivious to it all.
