Comment:  So funny on this site how one fraternity is trying to bash another with BS comments, right before rush. SX is a great house (which they own, important to ask if a house is leased or owned). There are many other fantastic houses too. Tons of fun with these whole system. If you are rushing, ignore the comments which are meant to scare you off. Instead, ask girls/guys, juniors/seniors what they really think and to help guide you to the right fit.
