Comment:  Great group of guys with lots of potential. Many seem too content to not engage with the brotherhood aspect of the fraternity. Theta Xi borders the line of a big and small fraternity and I feel they need to decide which they are. Theta Xi, as of right now, is yet to find it's Niche within the Greek and Campus communities. They need to come together around a shared vision for who they will be. Otherwise they will stay known as just "The Dog Frat" (no shade to Maya)
