Comment:  Theta chi has been on the rise these past few years. These are genuinely good guys that know how to party but don’t do shady stuff (ATO & Delts) Very unproblematic and have some really hot guys. The gulag is the best sat house on campus and it’s not even close. I always feel safe there and have a good time.
