Comment:  Honestly, my experience with Alpha Xi Delta was really disappointing. Going into it, I expected a fun, welcoming sisterhood, but it ended up feeling very cliquey. A lot of people liked to act like they were super chill and inclusive, but in reality I felt excluded most of the time, especially if you weren’t already part of a certain group. It was hard to actually feel like you belonged. There also wasn’t much going on outside of formals. Compared to other sororities, there were barely any sisterhood events or chances to get involved on campus. The chapter only really did one philanthropy event, which made it feel like there wasn’t much purpose or connection beyond social events. Overall, it just didn’t live up to what I thought sorority life was supposed to be, and I left feeling more disappointed than supported.
