Comment:  ATO at UCF stays “worst fraternity” status because they talk like they run the row but never back it up. Their parties fall flat, their brotherhood feels all bark and no bite, and they’re always the loudest even when they’ve got nothing to show for it. They act like they’re top tier, but the only thing they consistently dominate is disappointment. Every year they say, “This is our comeback,” and every year it’s the same story—overhyped, underdelivered, and outperformed.
