Comment:  Pretty middle tier on campus frat never hear too much one way or the other about Delta Sigma Phi. they definitely better than some of the others tho. Maybe they'll be more active with parties next semester not sure tho. Boat house is pretty decent house tho definitely better than some of the other houses.
