Comment:  I recently dropped this orgs new member process. There is no sisterly love. To be honest, there is a lot of favoritism with the executive board. I have seen the girls in positions belittle and treat the other girls in chapter very rudely. It’s them vs chapter and it’s very sad to see that. I left because I was closer with the sisters not holding positions and was worried I would be treated badly for being friends with them
