Comment:  SAE is the newest frat to recolonize and were a joke for a year or two, but a series of good rush cycles has helped them rise to being one of the better mid/upper mid tier houses. They are still stuck with some really squiddy senior holdouts from their earliest years though. Known for having a lot of alumni money.
