Comment:  Pi phi is a great house with mostly great people. They struggle a lot with building connections with other sororities and especially fraternities. This may be due to them not being able to have wet socials?? They definitely struggle with having a consistent image and some off putting people in their newer member classes, pi phi wouldn’t be giving bouse if these things got fixed.
