Comment:  No, theta is not the top house at A&M. But I'm not really understanding why so many people are coming on here and bashing them. They consistently have the highest chapter GPA, and they're not just education and comm majors. Theta has tons of engineering and business girls. They raise tons of money at their events, and they have a close sisterhood. I feel like a lot of their girls are similar to tri delts and chi o's, the difference is that they don't mass pledge girls who all went to the same wealthy high schools. For some people, a top house is going to look like one where girls are very done up and like to party and meet guys. For people who are a bit more low key and care about community, theta is great.
