Comment:  As someone who rushed as an upperclassman, I really loved how Pi Phi never made me feel othered for being a sophomore. Probably 1/3 of their member classes rush and join as sophomores, and a lot of their bigs are juniors looking to take sophomore littles. It was really nice to not feel weird or different for waiting until I was ready to rush.
