Comment:  As someone from a panhal not from Carleton, had to jump on here to say that other girls who have rushed or even joined DPHIE mainly did not have great experiences. With our rules you cannot join another panhal once you’ve been initiated, it sucks because girls will have terrible experiences and can’t join my organization even if it’s on another campus. Seriously organizations like this puts a bad rep on panhal and on sororities it’s a shame that you do that in the name of NPC. Totally wish your organization was booted from the conference.
