Comment:  I’m a member of Gphi, and I’m aware that we don’t have the best reputation. We are seen as “weird” and people say that we take the girls that other sororities don’t want. But what people don’t understand is that, that is the point. Our philanthropy is building strong girls, if we acted the way that these other sororities did we would be complete hypocrites. Rejecting girls because they don’t fit a mold is the opposite of women’s empowerment. No girl isn’t good enough to be a Gphi. We will never make a girl feel unwanted. We embrace individuality. So to any girl going through rush please know that we will accept and support you for who you are!
